Being a Mother of four including a set of twins, and nursing the lot of them I have some experience in the breast department! With my first son it was NOT a cake walk. Now that you all are trying to think of a way to beat a certain witty Hot Mama many of us know and love, please try and pay attention to the rest. So as I was saying with the first it was brutal, the drying up part. While I was devastated at the time feeling like a failure of a first time Mother, I was also in an insane amount of pain for what I felt went on forever! No amount of pain killers could help this pain. Tender seemed like such a silly word, now torture there is a word. Would wrap myself in my husband's ace bandages with a hand towel on the inside for softness.
